sold "Turn-Key" and include most of the things that you
will need to make your vacation the
most enjoyable.
Our listings are fully furnished and
most come with fully equipped kitchens and linens. Most
homes are equipped with satellite or cable television
and nicely equipped entertainment centers.

of our clients have requested additional services. On
request we can
provide full concierge services to our clients.
Whether your request is a
simple as placing some of your personal items in the
home on your arrival or grocery shopping services, we

allows buyers to secure a property that is many times
more expensive and luxurious than if they were on their
own. It is a commonly known
fact that most vacation home owners use their vacation
property less than 30
days per year. Why buy more time than you are going to
use? Factionalizing also allows sellers to recognize a
premium selling price for their properties. It works for
both buyer and sellers.

SIMPLE
SCHEDULING
Luxury at a Fraction has an scheduling calendar that shows each owner's
scheduled vacation weeks. Easy to understand,
this is done on a simple rotation. Each owner gets one week of
use every sixth week. This assures all owners equal use of the home throughout the year.
Owners can also trade time with other owners very easily. The calendar sets aside several weeks each year for scheduled deep
cleaning, maintenance and repairs. Your property will
always be there for your access and pleasure, subject to
the Operating Agreement controlled by you and the other
owners.
