To maximize your fractional experience all of our homes are sold "Turn-Key" and include most of the things that you will need to make your vacation the most enjoyable.

Our listings are fully furnished and most come with fully equipped kitchens and linens. Most homes are equipped with satellite or cable television and nicely equipped entertainment centers.

SIMPLE SCHEDULING

Luxury at a Fraction has an scheduling calendar that shows each owner's scheduled vacation weeks. Easy to understand, this is done on a simple rotation. Each owner gets one week of use every sixth week. This assures all owners equal use of the home throughout the year.

Owners can also trade time with other owners very easily. The calendar sets aside several weeks each year for scheduled deep cleaning, maintenance and repairs. Your property will always be there for your access and pleasure, subject to the Operating Agreement controlled by you and the other owners.
